Dear Friends in the Ministry,
I trust all is well with you all by His grace. As always, the Lord keeps giving us many ministry opportunities here in Techiman and in Africa as a whole. We were at a village called Anomaatoa last Tuesday as a team for an outdoor meeting. What a joy it was to see souls saved and many lives touched with the powerful preaching of the Holy Word of God !!! We did lots of visitation in the village during the afternoon and in the evening, Pastor John Volante, Pastor Steve’s Dad spoke after the film on the Life of Christ was shown in “Dagaari,” the local dialect of the people in that area. We have planned to bus them to the Forikrom church, an out-reach ministry this Sunday, if God wills.
I was scheduled to preach last night at the Forikrom Calvary Baptist Church at their prayer meeting. Praise unto His name for a good service. Upon my arrival back here in Techiman, I stopped to buy some phone credit. Afterwards, I tried to turn around to drive to the house. All of a sudden, a drunk motor rider crashed into the driver’s door. He was riding so fast that it has severely damaged my door with the side mirror all broken up. As for the motor bike, the whole front is gone. I give God all the glory for the life of the man in question. I quickly rushed him to get treatment. He is doing well. We just returned from visiting with him.
Please, pray with me. It is going to cost me not less the $350 after all is done. Even though it was not my fault, the life of the man is what I care so much about. I pray that I will be able to share Christ with him and his household through this and also be a good testimony to his entire family. The accident happened right at an Islamic community here in our city. Many who came to the scene were shocked with the attitude I put up and my concern for the health of the victim. All the glory to God!!!
Your prayer is seriously needed!!! My love and greetings to all.
