Manuel and Reina Diaz : August 2021 Prayer Letter
Manuel and Reina Diaz – Church Planter in Equatorial Guinea, Africa
DEAR BRETHREN, FLOCK OF GOD: AUGUST 2021
“Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have f reecourse, and be glorified, even as it is with you: And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith.” 2 Thessalonians 3:1-2
Thank God, we continue forward in the work He has entrusted us, by giving all our effort since time does not pass in vain and our bodies are wearing out and the strength is not the same. However, we are joyful because our God continues to give us strength and He faithfully takes care of us. Day by day, His promises have been fulfilled so far in all our time in this place, we have a wonderful God that always takes care of his children and his servants.
We have good news, the entry visa for our son and his family has been approved. God willing, they will be traveling in October, to fulfill their call to serve in this place. Please pray for them, that our God takes care of them and provides for all the expenses of their trip.
During this month we have noticed how the weather has drastically changed. It rains when it’s not rainy season, it has been very hot and the humidity has increased. In addition, people’s living conditions are more difficult, we have noticed that the prices have increased in basic products, there’s lack of gasoline and there are power cuts almost every day. However, the brethren continue faithful in the church ministries, not only learning but putting into practice everything they have learned, especially in when we go out soul winning.
In the “Mount Abarim Educational Center” we are about the conclude the school year, working as fast as we can, because in two months we have to cover two terms with face-to-face classes, despite the fall behind in the children’s learning.
Despite everything, the children continue learning in their weekly chapel the teachings of the Word of God, it is a blessing to see their devotion in worshiping God, memorizing bible verses, singing and praying. They can be utensils in the hands of our Lord so that their parents or guardians can know about the Gospel. Please pray for our school children. Brother Tressor, student of the church’s bible institute is putting in practice what he has learned, he has started a bible club and has opened his house for weekly reunions for other brethren that live near and for his neighbors. We ask your prayers for the Namkomokoina family. If God puts in your heart to support this ministry, please contact us.
We thank each of you who have part in this work that takes place in this country, supporting us with your prayers and sacrificing financially, the fruit is being reaped and is being added to your heavenly account. Let s continue faithful, fulfilling our Lord’s command.
God Bless you and until next time.
