Dear Brethren:
“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15).

DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE GOD

Our Lord´s command was explicitly clear: “. . . preach the gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15b – emphasis mine). I remember as a child hearing my father, Dr. Tom Gilmer, preach on this passage. I did not question the command of our Lord, but wondered how that would be possible. As I have said before, our Lord never asks us to do something that He cannot do in us or through us. It is not our task to question our Lord, but it is our duty to obey Him.

That is precisely what we seek to do at the Trinitarian Bible Society of Brazil, of which I am the executivevice president, where our primary purpose is: “The glory of God and the salvation of men, through the propagation of the Holy Scriptures.”

We acknowledge that in our own strength “we can do nothing,” and that we depend entirely upon the Lord for wisdom, strength and provision. The Lord has given us wonderful partnerships here

read 146,586,992 chapters of our Portuguese ACF Bible in 2024! To God be the glory!

Online Bible Search – Our online Bible search partner (bibliaonline.com.br) reported that in 2024, 34.6 million active users, in 200 countries read 155.8 million passages of our Portuguese ACF Bible. Speechless!
