Harold and Lilian Gilmer – South America Director, Church Planter and Bible Translation in São Paulo, Brazil

Dear Brethren:
“. . . I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it” (Matthew 16:18b).

“NO TURNING BACK”
The new building is not ready for us to move yet, but we have passed the halfway point and there is no turning back now! The goal is to be in the new building in August, the Lord willing.

We received a huge blessing with two Construction Teams coming down to help us get things ready. We need to say a special Thank You to Harvest Baptist Church in Jonesboro, GA and to Franklin Road Baptist Church in Murfreesboro, TN for sending their people down to help! What a blessing they were to us and to our people!

By God´s grace, nine people have trusted the Lord thus far this year. The Lord is working in our midst. To God be the glory!

Moving Forward by Faith: Update on Needs
Church Building – By faith we ordered the facade (metal framing with glass panels) and the front gate, which will be installed at the end of the month, the Lord willing. We need nearly US$ 20,000 to complete the building before the move in August. Please pray with us for this great and urgent need.

Literature Publication – The Lord provided for the translation of two books (Dr. Raymond Barber, Profile of a Preacher, and Dr. Shelton Smith, What About Repentance) for which we are very grateful! We currently need US$ 2,200 for the translation Dr. John R. Rice´s book, Prayer—Asking and Receiving.By faith we already commissioned this translation. Please pray with us for this need.

Family – The Lord has provided for the maintenance of our car, for which are very grateful. A Very Special Thank You to all who contributed to these needs. May the Lord greatly Bless You!
