For many years, our ministry was a Mexican ministry, working with American and Mexican missionaries in the country of Mexico. Throughout the years, God has changed our vision of how to share His Gospel around the world and now we are serving over 100 missionaries in more than 20 countries on 5 continents. Today we can gratefully say our missionaries are diverse in location, ministry and nationality.
We serve missionaries that are American, Mexican, African, and Brazilian. We are seeing national missionaries now moving beyond their home countries to fulfill God’s great command to preach the gospel to every creature. We are fulfilling our ministry name in now reaching the “regions beyond” (the literal meaning of the Hebrew word Abarim).
These missionaries are neither sent by nor employed by MABMI. They are called by God and sent by their local church. We exist to serve them, and in doing so, to fulfill the Great Commission. These men and women of God are the legacy of Mount Abarim and our heroes.
